Situation

Hartfiel Automation is a high-tech provider of pneumatics, motion and motion control systems, and has been for almost 60 years. The company’s stated mission is to build a stronger America by strengthening American manufacturing through innovative automation solutions.

Challenges

The previous website did not accurately convey the Hartfiel brand and expertise.  Basically, the site (while serviceable) lacked the necessary features and functionality to support Hartfiel’s business goals.  Additionally, the client wanted the new site to be an automated lead generator for new business and to eventually drive sales accordingly. 

Responses            

A digital partner was required to re-imagine the site, ensuring adherence to modern best practices, while making sound recommendations for Hartfiel’s digital presence. Irish Titan was that digital partner.  By utilizing our “Business First. Online Second.” lens, we were able to rework the site architecture to create an elegant and seamless user experience, with added functionality. With ease of use in mind, we created a digital property that supported marketing goals and lead generation, with added scope and flexibility for future digital initiatives.

What these metrics tell us 

  • There is a large correlation between what keywords viewers are searching for and what they are finding on the site. 
  • Bounce rate being low and average time on site being over 2.5 minutes tells us that not only are viewers finding the information they need, but the content and structure of the site holds a tremendous amount of value.
