They asked Irish Titan to bring in the green on Google and Amazon, plus an email overhaul. Their results? +25% lift in paid media YoY, $43k in email revenue in two weeks, and +5.8% campaign ROAS
WHY:
C&L Ward wasn’t content with their marketing just ticking along—they wanted results that’d have their competitors wondering what hit them. Their Google and Amazon campaigns were running at half-speed, and their email marketing? Well, let’s just say it needed a kick in the pants.
HOW:
First, we tackled the paid media landscape with a strategic roadmap that didn’t just tweak a few settings—we went all in. We started by auditing the existing campaigns, identifying what was underperforming, and cleaning up the mess. From there, we implemented targeted optimizations, refreshed ad assets, and launched a new competitor-focused campaign that brought the heat right from the start.
Next, we turned our attention to email marketing. We migrated their operations to Klaviyo, building out a framework for personalized campaigns and automated flows designed to drive engagement and revenue consistently. Our approach was rooted in data, but we made sure it had plenty of creative flair to keep things fresh and on-brand.

When C&L Ward flipped the switch on Klaviyo, things moved fast. Like… $43,000 in two weeks fast.
That initial campaign didn’t just perform — it paid for itself. The combined cost of Klaviyo and labor for the entire year? Covered. And with $16,000 in additional profit still sitting on top, it’s safe to say this wasn’t a “wait and see” channel.
From there, email and SMS quickly evolved into a serious revenue driver. We’re talking a six-figure monthly channel, with 73% month-over-month growth shortly after launch. Not bad for something that didn’t exist before.
Behind the scenes, the focus was on building a scalable, multi-channel strategy — growing a highly engaged audience across both email and SMS. That meant expanding reach to over 130,000 subscribers while maintaining strong engagement and consistent delivery performance.
