ABC Fine Wine & Spirits tapped Irish Titan to level up their online experience alongside their 125 physical stores. BOPIS was a major focus, requiring creative solutions for location-based inventory, custom loyalty, and pricing. Launched in Dec 2024, the site saw early success with a 10,000-user Vault test and BOPIS driving in-store upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

For the past 36 years, Liberty Safe has been America’s number one safe manufacturer. Proudly made in America. Liberty Safe partnered with Irish Titan to refine, not expand, their existing tech stack. Through a comprehensive UX, performance, and ADA audit, we identified mobile interactivity gaps caused by previous layered integrations.

Haskells
Haskell’s is a well-established wine and spirits retailer with multiple physical locations and a strong regional presence. They partnered with Irish Titan to conduct a comprehensive UX and technical audit of their Commerce storefront. The focus was not expansion or redesign, it was refinement. Our goal was to identify friction across navigation, product detail pages, fulfillment logic, and checkout, then prioritize structural improvements that would simplify the path to purchase.

Captain White's Seafood
Captain White’s Seafood City, a well-loved, family-owned seafood staple in DC, partnered with Irish Titan to launch their first ecommerce site and modernize their digital presence. In the past, their brand recognition was enough for customers to use their ‘call to order’ website. With a move to a second location, they knew they needed a stronger presence.

Surdyk's
Fourth-generation, family-owned liquor store in the heart of Minneapolis. Surdyk's faced Magento 1 End of Life and moved to BigCommerce. Their results? +20% rise in conversion rate, +50% in revenue, and great success in loyalty.

Tradehome Shoes
Their foray into ecommerce, Tradehome Shoes is a 100-year-old brand with 100+ locations. Shopify, custom integrations, multi-store, and multi-warehouse. Their results? 7x return on investment and 7 figure impressions in the first year of ecommerce.
